Dear mun
Dear mun,
While I appreciate the thinking of my back history with Edyth, I do believe you are trying too hard.
I concede the idea is realistic and reasonable. However, if you are doing the idea in hopes it will explain away, why his lordship would allow me to court and go as far as marriage without any interference, it is not perhaps the best way to solve the problem.
I may have petition the help of other deities to keep his lordship away from my private affairs. At the moment I had decided to marry Edyth, you can guarantee my first petition for help would go to her Ladyship, Hera. There are also wards which likely may have helped the situation. As the saying goes: ‘Where there is a will, there is a way.’
Lord Poseidon is not a stupid man he has time on his hands, and as we both know, he simply will wait before making a move that in one swift movement will allow him to receive what he wants. And, he did so, did he not?
Think about the idea some more.
-Regards Captain Breacan.
